Their 3-cheese burger is my favorite! 🤤 The beef is always fresh, and I honestly prefer it over any burger chain, even Whataburger. I love their fresh salad bar with freshly cut veggies and all the topping options, including melted cheddar (with or without jalapeños). Their fries are perfectly crispy every time. I haven't tried the cookies because I don't eat sugar, but they look delicious. The restaurant has a fun, authentic atmosphere, and the seasonal decorations are always beautiful. There's plenty of easy parking, it's wheelchair accessible, and it's conveniently located right by Mall del Norte. Whenever I come to Laredo from Mexico, this is a must-stop. The staff are always kind, attentive, and welcoming, and I never leave disappointed.

Love the burgers from here specially the southwest burger. Service is consistently falling short with wrong orders either by phone or in-person. The facility is old but the decorations and chaotic style is fun. The parking is good. Beers are always cold. Still the food is what makes this place a favorite in Laredo.

Food was excellent. Climate wasn't working in the restrooms, it was hot in there and they were awful, most of them dirty and 1 clogged. I hope it get fixed soon. It's a great restaurant

Always good eats!! Cooked to order and personally topped at the veggie bar. Some times it’s a hard choice between the wedge fries and the sweet potato fries but either hits the spot!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had good experiences — until today. My chicken Caesar salad had small black bugs in it. I chose not to confront anyone and left quietly, but I later realized I’d ingested one. I’m posting this because food safety should be non-negotiable. I hope management takes this seriously and that the health department does a follow-up inspection.

We loved the service and the food!!! From the gluten free buns option for my burger 🍔 to the amazing and stellar service by Enrique! I hope he gets recognized for going above and beyond. He was helpful and courteous. I hope that if there is an employee of the month recognition, that he gets it! :) We will definitely be back!!!

Ordered The Werx. Bread was hard, meat was small for a half pound. There were ice buckets hanging from kids high chairs-unsanitary and can potentially lead to cross contamination, fountain area was moldy and unclean, ice dispenser was moldy, worker picking up trays and drinks didn't even bother to wipe down/ sanitize tables but had a white cotton cloth across his shoulder that "dusted" crumbs of the tables. This place is completely unsanitary on all levels. Dirty, dingy tables, walls are dingy. I left feeling disgusted and didn't feel good about what condition my food might have been prepared at.

Parking was easy. There was no line to order. If u haven't been here u have to take ur time to check out the menu. Good service. Is a bit pricey but they are good burgers. I love the condiments bar and melted cheese for ur burgers. There's no table service u have to pick up ur order. Desserts are good.
